Reconstitution of PMRC Expert Panels & Technical Advisory Committee for the term 2010 - 2013

Pakistan Medical Research Council (PMRC) is constituting a list of Experts in the various fields of health; called as Expert Panels. The purpose of the expert panels is to guide medical research in Pakistan as well as to review the research proposals/articles submitted to the Council for approval and funding/publishing in Pakistan Journal of Medical Research (PJMR). As per direction of PMRC Board of Governors, several expert panels were constituted which are updated as and when required.

The Conveners of Expert Panels are selected for among the experts in various disciplines of medical/health sciences for a term of 3 years and one third Conveners serve as Members of PMRC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) by rotation for one year. The TAC is also constituted for a term of 3 years.

As the tenure of present PMRC TAC and Conveners of Expert Panel has expired in June 2010, PMRC is in process to collect the CVs of experts in various disciplines of medical / health sciences for the selection of Conveners and to reconstitute the TAC for the next term i.e. 2010-2013.
