Directory of Health Research-Pakistan was first published in 1998, comprising of bibliographic citation of Research Articles in various disciplines of health sciences, and also a list of Health Professionals in different specializations. The PMRC is now planning to update the Directory of Health Research Pakistan. The Directory will offer the following information:

Part 1: Bibliographic citation of research articles (contributed by the Pakistani authors or information related with Pakistan), which have already been published in national and international journals, monographs, technical reports, etc, arranged alphabetically by subject & author.

Part 2: Brief information regarding health care professionals / researchers (those who have contributed in health research), name, designation, qualifications, postgraduate experience, local/foreign trainings, electronic/postal addresses, telephone/fax numbers, specialty, area of research and number of publications.

Part 3: A comprehensive & annotated list of over one hundred periodicals that are being published in Pakistan, as well as, full title, previous title (if any), title abbreviation, specialty, ISSN, editor’s name, first published, postal/electronic addresses, and their recognition status.
